Over many years I was independent and full-time involved into High-Tech System Architecture & Development after I founded (again) STP Safety & Technology in 2004 as a small engineering company.

In 1993 I graduated at the Technical University Delft at the Faculty Aerospace Technology (Controls & Stability).

From 1999 to 2016 I was a part-time fire fighter (non-commissioned officer and instructor) in the south of the Netherlands. During this period I did publish a fire fighter handbook with technics and tactics to improve and optimize complex fire brigade operations.

I am passionated about solving complex engineering challenges and helping teams to succeed the first-time-right and making sure it works before it gets built!

STP corporates with experts and projects are always managed by a development logic from where identified development risks are mitigated. New concept designs are optimized for all life phases; from production up to disposal. Enabling safe, reliable and sustainable technology through structured development, system architecture, technical reviews and transferring knowledge.
